To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛從深圳轉車返港至青衣城,見有時間就走去稻香飲茶,好彩避開午飯及早茶時間唔洗等位,約11:40!一坐低就狂點點心,要了個點心拼盤,廿蚊唔洗就可以試到六件點心,個蒸籠沙煲咁大個,六件點心就細件兼普通。田園鮮蝦腸,賣相唔錯,腸粉夠滑,夾有翠肉瓜及南瓜,可惜上枱即食都只係微暖…。沙薑雞腳,好細隻,有好香嘅沙薑味,食咗—啖就無食,因為淡而無味,其中更有兩隻連腳甲都未剪,倒胃!!蒸釀節瓜甫,算係最熱嘅,味道最淸,略淡!叫部長冲茶,重惨過爭佢錢未還,面黑黑的!成餐茶就影响整日嘅心情,差!
