To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午三點仍未食午飯，見到好多人坐喺百芳食緊嘢，相信應該唔錯，立即試吓。佢哋嘅menu 冇分午餐，下午茶或者晚餐，如果以下午茶來講價錢一般，並不便宜，但當食午餐可以接受，而且喺太古城。簡單一句，速度快，取單到攞食物大約等5至8分鐘左右。賣相同廣告相差唔多，冇驚亦冇喜。飯同豬手熱度好似唔夠，夏天要小心。滷水味偏淡，豬手切得細件，方便進食及吐骨。比較特別係嗰烏龍茶，點解係甜嘅？整體可以接受，見到好多學生前來購買飲品。相信佢哋喺太古城，應該好受歡迎。
