Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人下午去左西九龍高鐵站參觀,順便試食米芝蓮推介~添好運。雖然要等位,但因為佢運作有別於傳統茶樓,似快餐店多d,野食好快到,大家都好快食完就結賬,所以等左少過10分鐘就有位坐。☝🏻食左個酥皮焗叉燒包,個皮造得好鬆化,好香脆。另外,佢個香滑馬拉糕係傳統那款,有那條滑滑既邊,好有舊式茶樓feel^^🥢古法糯米雞,有雞翼,好足料,好大隻好飽肚🍗。連鎖餐廳,還要是點心店,新舊菜式都能夠保持水準,又平,真的不簡單~👍🏻

食左個酥皮焗叉燒包,個皮造得好鬆化,好香脆。

另外,佢個香滑馬拉糕係傳統那款,有那條滑滑既邊,好有舊式茶樓feel^^🥢

古法糯米雞,有雞翼,好足料,好大隻好飽肚🍗。

連鎖餐廳,還要是點心店,新舊菜式都能夠保持水準,又平,真的不簡單~👍🏻
