To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日早晨留留又要去灣仔工作,要找個地方食早餐才算有一個好開始的一天。上次來工作時,下大雨到紅色signal 。。。南記原本都幾多分店的,看到有將軍澳分店,我都無試過,有機會去試下先。試了個沙嗲肥牛,和平時食開沙嗲汁不同。說是沙嗲汁,不如説是豆瓣醬似d,因為有不小黃豆的。但是沙嗲味,有趣有趣。中式早餐要個豆漿才算數,個豆漿有豆味。不過,我覺得唔錯的是個 croissant 法式牛角包,都幾香的,一定有牛油味。彩蛋了,記得台灣食的牛角包,很中式的。(想看看怎樣是台式牛角包,便要看回台灣的食評了)而且,在香港食速度很快,食完便行,和台灣的有一點似,想起台灣時食的包手 幸福豆漿 在台中的速度。
