To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我選上火炙鱈魚柳配牛油燴大蒜!焦香的魚皮脆口非常,鱈魚肉質當然的嫩滑,配上柔情似水的海膽汁吃徒添滋味,底層的牛油燴大蒜香氣撲鼻入口甜美,整道菜顯得異常出色真心送上掌聲。

好友的紙包煮海鮮米型麵則充滿玩味!以玻璃紙包著海鮮和米型麵來烹製,內裡有帶子、青口、鮮蝦、蜆及海鱸等新鮮食材!

另一份是牛魔王好友選的香烤28天乾式熟成西冷扒及原隻大虎蝦(另加$60),牛扒我沒緣份品嚐了但愛我的好友送上了大虎蝦到我嘴邊,烤至焦香加上爽口彈牙的蝦肉冇得輸啊~

最後一道甜品是大到一個點的香橙甜酒梳乎厘配薑味雪糕!這根本是起碼二人的份量呀!!盡量少吃甜的我終於失守在這輕軟不過甜的梳乎厘手上,還有香滑迷人的雲尼拿汁加上特别又好味道的薑味雪糕,我吃了半份之多大家想像到有多好吃嗎!

當然未完結還有美女們送上我跟甜魔媽媽的生日蛋糕,是滑溜不膩的藍莓芝士蛋糕,酒店的蛋糕從來也不會令人失望的這個亦然!加上美女的甜蜜心意就更加迷人了!
