To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間，特別多人。幸好有單人座位可以坐，不用跟別人迫。先挑選麵條及湯底，再額外加配菜。小鍋米線很惹味，濃味之選。米線份量多，還有些肉碎、腐皮、韭菜、芽菜、酸菜等等。幾款配菜方面，揀選了牛肉及豬大腸，雖然很怕香港食肆很多豬大腸都總是有股異味，但是心癮起，還是點來吃吃吧。可能因為湯底濃味，沒吃得出其他異味。還點了日本鱈魚豆腐，另以碟上，應該是因為即炸完後放完湯會失去那滋味。可愛的星星形狀，十分特別。入面口感比魚肉滑溜，且口感煙韌。吃完麻麻辣辣且如此濃味湯底，還好點了杯冰凍的檸檬茶解一解，很飽呢！
