To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於本人係三哥粉絲，基本上每兩個星期都會食一次三哥，好似上左癮咁，而呢間三哥又係我屋企附近，因為佢店面唔大，所以通常我都係買外賣返屋企，我真係要讚一讚而家新出嗰隻外賣碗真係好方便，以前成日都話要分開湯而家唔使啦！佢好似吉野家嘅外賣碗一樣，分上下兩層，我覺得係超級方便嘅，唔使夾來夾去，而我平時會叫一個過橋米線同屋企人食，用料好豐富，好正！如果我係堂食嘅話，我通常都會叫埋土匪雞翼，但係外賣就唔會啦，因為我試過一次買土匪雞翼，等左勁耐。
