To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 佳節臨近,平日在午晚飯的開支都大了很多,有時候都要吃一些比較經濟的快餐。我發覺很少食友願意為快餐店寫食評。是否光顧快餐店就不值得花時間寫評價呢?由於天氣較冷,面積不算少的快餐店內都擠滿火煱的顧客,所以都外賣算了。今晚點了原盅燉湯小菜晚餐,包一餸、原盅燉湯或飲品、中國茶及香飯。原盅燉湯的主角是蟲草花。它營養豐富、性質平和、不寒不燥、能增強和調節人體免疫功能、提高人體抗病能力有一定的作用,還有益肝腎、補精髓、止血化痰的功效。至於味道方面,都是一般的燉湯味道,有肉味,味精不多,算是誠意之作,唯份量比較少。义燒和油雞肥瘦適中,還有些肉香。只是雞肉有點嚡。現在連快餐都要近五十元的時候,只能概嘆找一些經濟實惠的食店愈來愈難。
