To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新加坡過江龍文華海南雞飯黎左香港之後,之前都係尖沙咀食過一次,原來太古都有分店, 不過是快餐形式, 自己去櫃面order,之後就會有服務員上菜嚟呢度食好難唔叫佢嘅招牌菜,文華海南雞飯($108), 以自助嘅形式點菜,價錢唔算特別平,不過一分錢一分貨, 我想食雞髀所以升級加$10,雞肉滑滑,肉質細嫩, 每一件都帶皮但唔肥,配埋油香飯,唔錯 另一樣招牌菜大蝦喇沙($128), 和一般食開的喇沙不同,湯底比較濃稠,配大量的米線, 有點像撈麵, 其實佢英文係叫rice vermicelli in spicy coconut gravy,所以厚身湯汁都與餐牌描述相符,味道適中,配料豆卜和魚片都很多, 大蝦亦爽口小食黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕, 雖是小食,但份量也不少, 加蛋炒都惹味 加配飲品檸檬薏米水 和熱美祿恐龍

另一樣招牌菜大蝦喇沙($128), 和一般食開的喇沙不同,湯底比較濃稠,配大量的米線, 有點像撈麵, 其實佢英文係叫rice vermicelli in spicy coconut gravy,所以厚身湯汁都與餐牌描述相符,味道適中,配料豆卜和魚片都很多, 大蝦亦爽口
