To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去過其他分店，對個海南雞念念不忘，今日去開尖沙咀，試下K11 Musea店。k11店座位寬敞，適合同朋友、家人聚餐。<文華海南雞-半隻>Keep到水準！海南雞肉質厚實嫩滑，雞味濃郁，半隻份量夠哂我地2個人食，啖啖肉好幸福，3款醬汁有黑醬油、薑蓉、酸辣醬。<星洲海南炸豬扒配白飯>我將香米飯轉左白飯，炸豬扒亦係必點item，炸得鬆脆，豬扒保持到juicy，推介。<帶子加多加多沙律>醬汁又辣又甜好惹味，配炸豆腐、炸薯仔、青瓜、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥，仲有好厚身嘅帶子，係又健康又開胃嘅小食。
