好耐都無食過片皮鴨,所以特登黎間出名既黎食下,填飽一下對片皮鴨既思念。烤鴨片皮鴨,我地兩個人所以就只係叫左半隻,上到黎分成左幾個部位,同唔同食法。鴨肉烤到剛剛好,仲有專人係我地面前切隻鴨。鴨肉肉質又夠晒嫩滑,鴨既外皮油脂甘香又豐富。包著麵皮一齊食仲減少油膩感外仲增加飽肚感。鮑汁扣海參鮑魚,切開鮑魚好厚身都算幾大隻,而且仲保持到鮮甜味又入晒味,仲有夠晒彈同爽口。海參煮之前已經淋,所以食既時候好爽口同入味。下面仲有蠟燭保持溫度,所以我地慢慢食都唔怕食凍左。鮮黑松露蝦球伊麵,下面係伊麵底都幾有鹹香,上面有幾片松露片作點。宮保帶子,入面仲落左靈魂花椒同乾辣椒,食落香香辣辣咁仲有小小麻,但又唔會大辣。子爽口同大粒,都加左辣之後食落又幾別有一番風味。

鮑汁扣海參鮑魚,切開鮑魚好厚身都算幾大隻,而且仲保持到鮮甜味又入晒味,仲有夠晒彈同爽口。海參煮之前已經淋,所以食既時候好爽口同入味。下面仲有蠟燭保持溫度,所以我地慢慢食都唔怕食凍左。
