To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

3天內吃了3次譚仔,2次中午,1次外賣,真是有夠瘋狂,還要都是叫重慶酸辣米線(小線)。它的辣味是令人吃上癮的,我這入門初哥只能叫個小辣,每一口都伴帶著麻麻的,但仍忍不住要吃下一口。墨魚春卷的外皮有一層腐皮,吸收了辣湯的味道,是很不錯的組合。只是略厭墨魚的餡料不太彈牙,如果能做到像墨魚丸的質感,不硬又夠彈牙,那就天好了。對於檸檬茶,個人口味比較喜歡酸的,原味太甜,而且沒什麼茶味,不過,畢竟它是做麵生意,飲品就不能太嚴苛了。
