To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 合和中心的「北京老家」，裝修擺設甚俱中國風，所以今天在這裏招呼外國來的朋友。黑色酸枝木紋配以金色的牌匾，氣勢不凡。菜單也設計獨特，仿效皇上「聖旨」的設計，要特別將這個意思翻譯給外國的朋友，他們深感興趣。美輪美奐的壁畫，繪着中國傳統的粵劇圖案，連洗手間都金碧輝煌，金光閃閃，非常特別。茶具器皿也一絲不苟，氣勢非凡，每一細節都做到無微不至。前菜小食「老家心靈美」，特製羅白絲，酸酸甜甜，特別令人開胃，份量也不少。番茄雞蛋手擀麵，龍龍的蕃茄湯，配上雞蛋絲，每人分一點暖暖胃，鮮甜又飽肚。葫蘆香鴿，葫蘆形狀的器皿，令我想起這個葫蘆裏面今次是賣什麼藥呢？答案顯而易見，服務員讓我們拍完照之後，細心地為我們分好份量，十分方便，鴿子皮脆肉嫩，甘香味美。五門面青，濃濃的醬油味，加上豬頸肉，吃得我們很滋味。北京填鴨，有一隻和半隻的選擇，我們選擇了半隻，份量絕對不少，非常精緻，色香味全。還有飯後甜品「拔絲淮山」，有點金光閃閃的感覺，賣相滿分，甜絲絲，淮山表面包着糖漿，好味又健康。總括來說，這裏絕對是招呼朋友，感受中國傳統色彩的好地方。
