To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我未去過大安前身，裝修甚有舊時港式茶餐廳味道，不過餐牌上食物幾有創意，好多Crossover。下午茶時段無叫鹹食，叫左三款糕點同飲品，賣相幾打卡able，味道唔錯，不過價錢少少貴。流心焦糖蛋撻 $32 鬆脆外皮，蛋香味濃，加上流心焦糖漿，好味。杏霜卷蛋 $32 我本身唔太喜歡杏仁味，所以只係試左一啖，味道食得出杏霜味但唔算太濃，口感幾軟綿。檸茶曲奇 $36 加左糖漬檸檬，食到一粒粒，嗒到個檸茶味。而且塊曲奇大大件，口感軟身實在，成塊食應該幾飽肚，開心Share會好啲。拉鐵 $38 拉花係隻狗狗，賣相好靚。檸啡 $42 特濃咖啡加青檸，朋友話正常。泡泡樂 $42 呢個Cokeccino 幾有特色，奶泡加可樂，飲落有少少似雲尼拿味可樂。
