To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同舊同事到灣仔試懷舊食物,奇華茶室,試出驚喜,我地叫左黑毛豬斧頭扒餐 ~前菜,焗蟹蓋,味道可以主菜,焗黑毛豬斧頭扒,香脆多汁甜品,玉桂蘋果批,送到枱嘅時候,已經香氣撲鼻,一切落去聲音脆脆,味道可口,令到好飽嘅我,都忍唔住一口接一口。其他小食,必食香煎墨魚餅,明蝦多士,泰式燒豬頸肉,都非常好味,必食之選。滑蛋蝦仁煎米,米粉煎得脆度剛剛好,如果蝦仁可以再多啲,就更爽了。再嚟一個蓮蓉西米焗布甸,作為此相聚晚餐嘅完美句號。
