To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和好友們去尖沙咀品嚐中菜~我們點了鎮江肴肉,這道前菜很考功夫,賣相如雲石般漂亮,吃下一口滑滑骨膠原的感覺。賽螃蟹,跟平常吃的不一樣,中間有一隻蛋黃,混合起來吃很有蛋香瑤柱也令它提鮮了。小籠包 一籠有10隻,皮薄餡料鮮味,皮薄要小心湯汁漏出,加些醋、薑絲來一口吃掉,真的很滿足~~滿有好評的松子黃魚,果然名不虛傳,整條魚已經起了骨,把魚肉切好、煮得像花開一樣美觀,魚肉很嫩滑,醬汁也調得恰到好處。紅燒肉豆苗,肉跟脂肪平均分佈,油香滿溢口腔,豆苗也吸引了紅燒汁很入味~水煮魚份量很多,有蔥絲、花椒、八角、辣椒,材料很豐富。翅群雲吞,雲吞湯很鮮味,雲吞皮幼滑,儘吸了湯汁,翅群也多得我們滿碗也是。高力豆沙,質地很鬆軟,外面也很金黃,但不油膩,味道不會很甜,我們都很喜歡,吃得再飽也有甜品的份😂酒釀丸子酒味很香濃,丸子很有嚼頭。整體環境也很舒適,服務週到,食物水準高,茶的質素也不錯~下次會帶家人再嚐嚐其他菜式。
