To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住係石硤尾咁耐, 都未試過去依間食, 今日經朋友介紹, 就試試吧!門面好舊式, 平時經過都冇留意, 入到去唔算太舊, 佢有另一個門口, 係通往街市, 以前細個都有跟爸爸黎依個街市買餸, 感覺好特別~我點了雞肶配沙律, 加凍阿華田, 本來以為隻雞肶係大大隻個啲, 不過原來係兩隻的大雞腿, 個樣望落去好乾, 不過食落又唔錯, 唔會太油, 仲有肉汁><至於阿華田就沖得淡左少少...朋友點了較出名的漢堡包再加薯條, 有厚厚的牛肉加個大番茄, 佢抵食過麥當勞包^仲有薯條熱食幾好味~
