To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間懷舊的茶餐廳@油麻地這家懷舊茶餐廳位於油麻地，以電影背景作為獨特的氛圍，當中讓人回憶起張曼玉和梁朝偉等經典角色，勾起香港人的懷舊情懷。在食物方面，我們點了green tea latte, 蛋撻和格子餅。Latte上面拉出美麗的花紋，令人愉悅。蛋撻中的內餡是凍的，這可能是一種獨特的特色呢。而格子餅搭配濃郁的花生醬奶油簡直是絕妙的組合。相對於其他茶餐廳，這家價格略高，但作為一家融合不同元素的茶餐廳，它的價值還是可以接受的。
