To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境裝修像去了六七十年代的中式餐廳,有點兒特色。我們叫了古銅麻香雞,皮很脆,配上芝麻的香味,雞肉嫩滑,好好吃。牛肝菌紅燒豆腐不錯,豆腐很滑,配上牛肝菌的香氣,味道很好。另外還叫了花膠魚香茄子,這個菜沒有什麼特別,只是魚香茄子中加了花膠,但味道還是不錯的。
