To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中環街市是香港三級歷史建築, 翻新重建後未曾去過, 於是約埋同事一起去逛一逛, 不知不覺到了中午時分, 我們去了一間網上推介位於灣仔中匯大廈2樓的1963木十豆寸的台式餐廳食午餐。 店舖的裝修採用懷舊的風格,打卡一流, 不過食物的質素就一般。台式三杯雞飯三杯雞跟配一碗滷肉飯, 份量十足, 味道不過不失 ,略嫌鹹了點。新竹豬手炒米粉 豬手不會太淋,有咬口而且入味,可惜米粉炒得有點乾。鳳梨牛肉麵牛肉夠軟淋,麵質煙韌彈牙,不過湯底味道一般。

台式三杯雞飯
三杯雞跟配一碗滷肉飯, 份量十足, 味道不過不失 ,略嫌鹹了點。
新竹豬手炒米粉
豬手不會太淋,有咬口而且入味,可惜米粉炒得有點乾。
鳳梨牛肉麵
牛肉夠軟淋,麵質煙韌彈牙,不過湯底味道一般。
