To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向好鐘意傳統懷舊風味，今年3月尾開嘅大安茶冰廳一開已經吸引好多人冰廳前身係香港僅存嘅懷舊冰室已經50多年，上手老闆移民，幸好最終易手重開由茶餐廳轉型為新潮café，格局除咗保持懷舊風味，更加入茶餐廳元素製作新式美食，主食方面都有茶記元素，有撈麵、燴意等仲有甜品‼️流心蛋撻、菠蘿泡芙、美式曲奇、杏霜蛋卷等等，全部勁吸引🍳蜜糖叉燒太陽蛋蔥油撈麵💰$88估唔到咁好食‼️以為叉燒係主角？其實蔥油撈麵先係精粹，蔥油好香‼️即刻較油但都油得好好食😋叉燒其實都好正，肥瘦均勻又好腍，蜜汁微甜，太陽蛋又靚仔🉐🥧各款出爐蛋撻💰$58款款都好想食，先試原味流心焦糖蛋撻，齋買都要$32，所以要餐都幾抵先講味道有焦糖風味但又唔會太甜，蛋漿幾滑，撻皮較厚較脆，整體好好食，下次想試埋其他味😋以上套餐仲包一杯$42以下飲品，其實性價比好高☕️啡立克招牌飲品，咖啡+好立克，味道特別，有好立克中和吓，香啲又冇咁苦，值得一試☕️佛手柑伯爵茶🚩大安茶冰廳 (油麻地) 📍油麻地廣東道830號地舖
