To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

態度極差，唔會再幫親，食物質素低

極差，建議大家唔好幫親以前住慈雲山食過幾次，都無乜特別感，今次簡直係想即刻起身走人叫左碟墨魚餅，碟野黎到好似墨魚丸甘，就問個伙計，佢竟然答我墨魚丸同墨魚餅都係一樣，叫我地照食跟住再有個伙計拎住碟墨魚餅經過，我再問：呢碟係咪黎錯左？好似係蝦丸佢超級無禮貌答我：你地都已經食左喇！！！原全無諗過換比我地，我地係食左，可以照計錢，但問題係我地想食墨魚餅，佢地出錯野仲可以態度甘差！其間仲聽到有其他伙計用粗口鬧另一台客，又係因為上錯菜食物質素差到入唔到口，連最出名既蠔餅都差左好多。好地地食餐飯好似欠佢地錢甘，伙計惡言相向，大家幫親前真係諗一諗！
