To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

怕吃胖的不能來！因為這裡好吃到胖胖的😂呢間豚丼專門店「豚丼のぶたはげ BUTAHAGE」前排新增咗多款日本料理，由丼物到天婦羅，再到小食同飲品等等都有。我哋就試咗當中嘅全新海鮮丼物「炙燒海鮮丼」，有多款時令海鮮，包括原隻日本帶子、赤海蝦、三文魚同埋三文魚籽，經過炙燒後帶一股焦香，另外仲試咗「北海道帆立貝大赤蝦丼」，刺身非常鮮甜美味，份量又足，CP值高！今次食到舔舔脷，下次要帶埋鯨魚蝦子來，試下佢新加入常駐餐目嘅「澳洲和牛鍋燒烏冬」同埋小朋友專屬嘅「兒童定食」，大飽口福！
