To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為整牙,唔係好食到野,呢晚就喺太古搵魚食。原本想搵鯖魚之類的定食,蕩下蕩下,見到呢間都有幾個魚餐嘅定食,加上未食過呢間,就入去試下啦。大約六時入座,好多位呀。打開menu,發現鰻魚定食平普通鰈魚吸引好多,就試下。個餐好豐富,有:1- 鰻魚飯:店員教我有三個食法。鰻魚冇骨,又淋,好適合我這種咬唔到野嘅人。2- 麵鼓湯3- 蒸蛋:都有幾多料4- 刺身四件:有蝦有三文魚有元貝,都幾大件,食完冇肚痛。5- 前菜6- 甜品:呢個真係有驚喜,原本以為係乳酪,點知係乳酸呆慕絲再加一層藍莓醬,本人就覺得非常好味。值得讚賞之處:1- 坐得舒服,環境算寧靜2- 服務態度幾好,最後我問台員有冇咩優惠時,佢好用心答。3- 食材新鮮今次係第一次黎食,一定會再黎試其他野食。原來出示當MCL票尾可以有八五折,下次可試試!幾個建議:1- 門口提供消毒搓手液2- 提供茶而唔係水3- 店名叫「BUTAHAGE豚丼のぶたはげ」,完全唔知點讀,唔知點樣介紹比人,都係同人講寺左美X隔離間日本野食...會不會考慮改個中文店名? continue reading

未夠夜晚7點入座,全場起碼5張空檯都要人搭檯,仲要係平排痴埋坐隔籬啊種,檯與檯之間一條罅隙都無,個安排好唔合理。講埋食物,諗住快快脆脆食完就走,點知食咗一啖已經唔想再食,炙燒三文魚無油香,食得出唔新鮮,帶子某幾粒幾腥下,成個飯都唔新鮮,得腥味無鮮味,食到反胃,無食晒就埋單。成個餐最好味應該係個湯,淡口但至少唔難食。仲有一點,全部QR code落單,仍然要收加一,成個體驗由食物品質到服務都唔值呢個價,絕對無下次。 continue reading

之前食過九龍灣嗰間覺得啲豚肉都幾好食,見咁啱太古有分店就去咗食。-今日照叫咗特盛豚肉眼丼,total有成六至$7豚肉,同埋都幾厚身,不過今次唔係每塊都有肥肉,冇肥肉嘅會比較乾身。-另外叫咗雞肉天婦羅定食試吓,雞肉天婦羅,超級Juicy,唔講完全唔知食緊雞肉,呢個超有驚喜,所以再叫多個天婦羅小食,有海老、南瓜、皇帝菜、冬菇、茄子。全部都冇炸到乾身,而且個天婦羅漿亦都唔厚,海老食落都幾彈牙,下次嚟應該會再encore天婦羅定食😋 continue reading
