因為整牙,唔係好食到野,呢晚就喺太古搵魚食。原本想搵鯖魚之類的定食,蕩下蕩下,見到呢間都有幾個魚餐嘅定食,加上未食過呢間,就入去試下啦。大約六時入座,好多位呀。打開menu,發現鰻魚定食平普通鰈魚吸引好多,就試下。個餐好豐富,有:1- 鰻魚飯:店員教我有三個食法。鰻魚冇骨,又淋,好適合我這種咬唔到野嘅人。2- 麵鼓湯3- 蒸蛋:都有幾多料4- 刺身四件:有蝦有三文魚有元貝,都幾大件,食完冇肚痛。5- 前菜6- 甜品:呢個真係有驚喜,原本以為係乳酪,點知係乳酸呆慕絲再加一層藍莓醬,本人就覺得非常好味。值得讚賞之處:1- 坐得舒服,環境算寧靜2- 服務態度幾好,最後我問台員有冇咩優惠時,佢好用心答。3- 食材新鮮今次係第一次黎食,一定會再黎試其他野食。原來出示當MCL票尾可以有八五折,下次可試試!幾個建議:1- 門口提供消毒搓手液2- 提供茶而唔係水3- 店名叫「BUTAHAGE豚丼のぶたはげ」,完全唔知點讀,唔知點樣介紹比人,都係同人講寺左美X隔離間日本野食...會不會考慮改個中文店名?

大約六時入座,好多位呀。打開menu,發現鰻魚定食平普通鰈魚吸引好多,就試下。個餐好豐富,有:
1- 鰻魚飯:店員教我有三個食法。鰻魚冇骨,又淋,好適合我這種咬唔到野嘅人。
2- 麵鼓湯
3- 蒸蛋:都有幾多料
4- 刺身四件:有蝦有三文魚有元貝,都幾大件,食完冇肚痛。
5- 前菜
6- 甜品:呢個真係有驚喜,原本以為係乳酪,點知係乳酸呆慕絲再加一層藍莓醬,本人就覺得非常好味。

睇OpenRice食評,話這兒的刺身好新鮮,所以今晚特來試下。叫了一客極上八重海鮮刺身井,$10多加茶壺蒸。井飯的刺身真係非常新鮮,大海蝦很鮮甜,還有三文魚、吞拿魚、三文魚子、魷魚、帶子,飯入口軟糯。茶壼蒸很有蛋香,有帶子粒和菇。埋單 $158。

平日夜晚無咩人。我叫咗稀有豚肉丼同炙燒三交魚帆立貝丼,仲加埋個套餐。(有前菜、湯、甜品、茶碗蒸)個套餐30幾蚊真係抵玩,前菜無特別,個湯就好有誠意,大碗過一般餐廳,入面仲會有豬肉粒,飲哂都唔會口渴同幾飽肚。個茶碗蒸有細嘅帶子仲有蝦仔,賣相同味道都唔錯。甜品係寒天,會有個黑糖嘅汁,好似無味啫喱咁啲黑糖點完好似無點咁,哩個就真係唔識欣賞。豚肉丼佢雖然叫店內主打,味道就普通,有啲似日本1000yen 以內會食到嘅質素。三文魚帆立貝丼就比想像好,三文魚燒得幾香,帆立貝就唔算大隻但隻數足同幾鮮味。重點,食哩間真係要加餐。
