To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在openrice訂了六時有8折，到達時稱要還枱，我問不用折可否多一點時間被回絕，難道這麼多人？一行四人點了江團魚，魚肉少而配菜不多，需點最少二人分量。但枱面不大不能多叫，半途驚覺不夠已7時多，想多點雞煲也不行。怕剛上菜便要還枱，不敢再叫。魚肉少但滑，少淡水魚那獨特的泥味，湯料充滿香料味，點了炸腐竹豆卜「索汁」都ok。整體食物方面不過不失，環境清潔但有點擠迫。7:30還枱時有很多吉枱又沒人等，其實不是任點任食，個半小時實在有點短。
