來到一幻，叫了一碗特濃蝦汁叉燒伴麵。特濃蝦汁叉燒伴麵除了以叉燒粒作配料外，亦有糖心蛋，蔥，紫菜和薑。叉燒頗腍，不過不夠香口，如果可以煎一剪會比較好。糖心蛋煮得剛好，不錯。蝦汁的味道其實不太濃，既沒有蝦殻的味道，亦沒有蝦的鮮味。麵頗彈口，惟有少許鹼水味。蝦汁伴麵不是難食，但整體感覺就像是一碗帶有鹹味的汁加上幾種配料的伴麵，未夠特色。性價比偏低，如以接近100 元的價錢來說，絕對可以吃到質素更好，更用心的製作。
