之前book mark咗呢間火鍋店想試,咁啱琴日行山,鄰居話訂咗呢間,就滿心歡喜有冇嘢食。點知訂到返嚟,一擺上桌,有少少驚訝,啲花蟹細到好似平時街市一碟碟細碟裝住五六隻喺度買嗰啲咁。咬落去中空嘅食到海水嘅味道,但係肉嘅話就完全唔飽滿。個湯底佢話係瑤柱雜菌,但係嗰啲係元貝仔,都算鮮甜嘅,但係我唔明點解佢將啲沙白烚熟佢之後pack過黎,張餐單上面話係花甲。相信大家都識得分花甲同埋沙白,呢度真係令我真係百思不得其解。啲海蝦淥熟咗之後咬落去係feel到殼同埋肉已經分離咗一啲都唔爽口。另外個牛頸脊我都不予置評唯獨比較好食小小嘅係個雞件啦,炸魚皮啦同埋個響鈴。其他嘅話都唔想特別講啦。
