To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友食飯又揀左呢間嘅weekday點心menu。食過兩次都依然咁有水準,暫時都唔覺得有邊樣伏。今次總共叫左6樣野😋筍尖鮮蝦餃、帶子蒸燒賣:皮薄餡靚就一定架啦。仲要38蚊一籠4件,簡直係超值!👍蒜茸鮮蝦春卷、春風得意脆皮腸粉:兩樣都唔膩,都有好彈牙嘅蝦肉🦐腸粉皮好薄,亦唔會整到春卷淋左,仲係非常脆口香荽牛肉球:今次叫埋個牛肉球試下。特別嘅係佢d 牛肉球比起出面嘅彈牙!🐮大推⭐️原隻鮑魚雞粒酥:鮑魚超腍,明顯用長時間炆過。鮑魚下面嘅係好脆口嘅雞粒酥,兩part個味好夾,一口咬落去可以同時食到鮑魚同個酥嘅香味溶為一體。雞粒餡個味有少少冬菇帶出個鮮味😋一直覺得佢餐廳環境舒適又雅致,服務人員都好細心,上菜時啲嘢食係夠熱,都係加分位。對我黎講係性價比好高!

一直覺得佢餐廳環境舒適又雅致,服務人員都好細心,上菜時啲嘢食係夠熱,都係加分位。對我黎講係性價比好高!
