To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元朗向來都好多野食平時食日本野都一定會揀魚一今日就帶朋友去食下~首先叫左三文魚 希靈魚 北寄貝刺身 三文魚食落好新鮮 爽口既 又切得厚 好抵食希靈魚同北寄貝都好新鮮 好有咬口 仲有一個前菜仔 芒果蟹籽沙律 香甜既芒果 仲有份量超多既蟹籽好開胃~到主菜 叫左一個滑蛋吉列豬扒飯 一上菜仲係熱 好香噴噴蛋炒得好滑 豬扒外表香脆 仲係金黃色 仲有洋蔥 份量都足夠 可以撈晒成個飯食~之後仲有一啲串燒燒雞泡魚乾  鰻魚串全部都燒得岩岩好 好香口唔會太乾 好juicy~仲有一個甜品紫芋厚子薯餅好新鮮既配搭
