繼續尋找性價比高的廚師發辦,這夜來到「秋田刺身日本料理」,同一商廈另有地下的秋田浜燒及一樓的秋田鐵板燒,位於尖沙咀天文台圍,位置隱蔽,門口有泊車位。 與壽司長閑談之間得知集團已經營日本菜逾10年,原址諾士佛台,因為租金高昂而搬遷,對我來說,只要有好吃的,行多兩步沒有所謂! 2樓電梯大門打開已進店,佈置洋溢日本風情,除了有壽司吧之外,亦有散座,相信有私人房間。 為保食材新鮮,廚師發辦必需預先訂枱,晚上只有一款$1380/位,包括刺身、壽司、燒物等共20品,非常足夠,務求客人吃得滿足,甜品更是愈食愈有! 食材不乏時令及另類之選,例如春天限定的子持槍魷魚我是首次吃,右口魚、希靈魚比較少店子用,大溝貝在香港不容易吃到。 重口味的選材最合我意;例如炙燒白子、慢煮鮟鱇魚肝;手法方面頗多元,當中數款炙燒把魚油逼出正中下懷,一款稻草煙燻、魚湯可選加烏冬、最後的鐵板燒豆沙餅皆是我杯茶,愈食愈開心!番茄沙律以非常爽口輕巧及清新的番茄沙律作開始,適合不過! 酸汁水雲.青檸啫喱.帶籽魷魚酸汁水雲吃過多次,如期望中酸得醒神不過份;欣賞青檸啫喱充滿青檸香。 子持槍魷魚又名帶籽魷魚,獨特之處在於牠是懷有卵子的魷魚,
