今日同朋友去試左呢間日式串燒小店,去到隔離枱係日本人,心諗日本人都離食水準應該有番咁上下,果然唔錯牛油果軟殼蟹沙律份量都幾多最頂已經有大大隻原隻軟殼蟹,軟殼蟹食得出係即叫即炸,上枱時仲熱keep到外脆內軟,沙律主要有牛油果同生菜都新鮮,而sauce就酸酸甜甜咁好開胃~吉列四元豚呢款四元豚好似比較少見,原來係離自北海道由日本四個最top嘅豬種混種而成,肉同肥膏嘅ratio岩岩好食落唔會覺得好heavy,肉質軟無overcook,炸左都仍然好juicy👍🏻 店員仲突登叫我地食埋啲椰菜絲,都係日本空評番離,係甜啲明太子燒飯團飯團燒到表面好似飯焦咁少少脆口,味道比較重醬油味輕輕帶點明太子味,overall都幾惹味芝士年糕必食芝士年糕,食落口感煙煙靱靱,出面有啲係會拎去炸搞到勁油但呢個完全唔會,而中間夾住超濃流心芝士好creamy串燒試左帆立貝串同埋日本年糕,帆立貝性價比都幾高有兩大粒,應該係用醬油燒都幾入味,而日本年粒相對芝士年糕就再靱啲同埋會濃啲年糕本身嘅米味焦糖燒菠蘿呢款焦糖燒菠蘿有驚喜!燒到熱辣辣咁上枱,菠蘿面真係有層薄薄嘅脆焦糖,岩岩好balance番酸酸地嘅菠蘿,食落啖啖都咁juic
