踏入秋天,又係食大閘蟹季節。以往鴻星好似係8:30後先有8折,而家全日有優惠,good~兩人份套餐有兩個價錢,兩個餐都有每人3隻大閘蟹,只係貴的多左道翅,我選左平的(八折$318),食得飽飽,質素又高,抵食。先上 燒腩伴肴肉,燒腩仔熱辣又鬆化,肴肉未算有驚喜,但都ok的。再來係 蟹粉湯包(每人一隻),皮夠薄,湯汁熱而且多,蟹粉亦滿有甘香,每人得一隻真係唔多夠喉。此時 大閘蟹上枱喇,先來每人兩隻蟹公,雖然係蟹公,但都唔好睇少,幾乎係爆膏狀態,滑溜的蟹膏非常甘香,大閘蟹蟹肉一向唔多,主要集中係蟹腳,點醋食一流。後上的每人一隻蟹乸,蟹膏係固體狀,色澤亦較橙紅,雖然膏係比較多,但我都係鍾意蟹公的質感多d。 黑椒泡響螺柳分量唔多,響螺肉有彈性,配黑椒好惹味,翠玉瓜亦爽甜。 金肚帶子羹上枱前會以煲仔加熱,所以好燙口,味道出奇地好,調味足,粟米加添左甜味,魚肚同帶子都落足料,好想飲多碗。 臘味飯並非臘味炒飯,係將切碎臘肉臘腸等鋪在糯米飯面蒸,不過同樣好食,糯米吸晒臘味香味,而且軟硬適中,所以雖然好飽,都忍唔住食晒。結尾的甜品係 紅棗糕,我平時唔鍾意食,因為唔鍾意咬到紅棗,但呢個只會食到紅棗

結尾的甜品
紅棗糕,我平時唔鍾意食,因為唔鍾意咬到紅棗,但呢個只會食到紅棗香,唔會有一粒粒紅棗,糯米糕煙煙韌韌,唔太甜,好滿意。

隨餐會附送橙汁或花雕酒一杯,食完大閘蟹亦會奉上薑茶,薑茶暖胃好飲,熱情好客的侍應不斷為我們添飲,好細心。
呢度的大閘蟹餐性價比高,今年一定有機會再encore。
