To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我見呢間越南餐廳好出名,同埋都多人推介,於是就嚟咗試一試佢嘅菜式。今次淨係叫咗一碗雞絲撈檬。份量好大,一個女仔未必食得晒。同正常撈檬一樣,佢都有配搭一啲蘿蔔、炸蒜花生粒,非常香口。最特別就係佢亦都配有蔥油,攪拌嚟食嘅時候更有一番風味~味道層次昇華!而佢自己調配嘅檬汁嘅辣同埋酸度平衡恰到好處,好開胃😋而啲雞絲都算唔錯,未去到好柴。整體來講係一碗不過不失嘅撈檬睇埋價錢,我就覺得非常之抵食👍🏿
