朋友介紹話長阪燒嘅omakase 幾抵食,今日同朋友去試吓,有兩款omakase 揀:12旬彩席間料理 $468,12旬豐盛席間料理 $680。最後我哋決定試個$468嘅料理。呢個餐真係好豐富,有驚喜。前菜三款象拔蚌咬落去有爽脆嘅口感;磯煮鮑魚煮得入味,但保持住鮑魚嘅彈牙口感,唔會過軟;海膽豆腐滑溜,海膽嘅鮮味滲入豆腐入面,加上山葵,幾特別。 八爪魚,帆立貝配埋砂糖汁同繡球菇,八爪魚煮到啱啱好,有嚼勁但唔硬,帆立貝鮮甜柔軟,砂糖汁帶出咗海味嘅鮮甜,繡球菇亦爽口。 富山白蝦配北海道海膽鮮味十足。白蝦肉質嫩滑,海膽嘅濃郁味道令整道菜更上一層樓。鰆魚配名荷、蘿蔔蓉同紫蘇葉,食落去有淡淡嘅清新感,鰆魚肉質細膩,紫蘇葉嘅香氣正好為魚肉加分。 吞拿魚蓉香蔥餅乾鵝肝魚子醬蒸蛋蒸蛋超滑,加上魚子醬嘅鮮味,食落去入口即溶,味道豐富得嚟又唔會過重。 燒日式醬油豆腐豆腐燒到外脆內嫩,醬油嘅鹹香恰到好處。油甘魚鮫配薑芽同檸檬酸汁,酸酸甜甜,令整道菜好開胃。蟹腳秋葵天婦羅薄薄炸漿好脆口,加上抹茶鹽或天婦羅汁都好正。牛油炭烤元貝加柚子皮香氣四溢,同柚子嘅清香完美結合,最後連個汁都KO埋,好清甜。 龍蝦濃湯燴飯味道
