To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個係我第一次寫食評，多多指教!成日周圍食，都好少會紀錄低，但今次真係唔寫唔得平時去西營盤食野都唔平得去邊，但今次發現左間新開既餐廳坐得舒服又唔嘈，野食又好食又抵唔講咁多，比d相大家睇下先意粉既軟硬度好適中，而家醬汁唔濃唔稀岩岩好有時好怕遇到d汁好稀又或者一撻撻既意粉，而呢間就真係控制得好好好好！意大利飯，我好怕d飯太軟又或者一pat野，但呢間飯粒有咬口，而家粒粒飯都有汁但又唔會太淋，簡直一流！同埋每次試新餐廳我都會試佢地既檸檬茶，呢間既檸檬茶茶底好易入口，我飲完一杯再叫多左杯 傾開先發現係一家人開，個waitress好有禮貌同好nice，個樣有d似哈姆太郎 (離題)裝修都OK，水泥+鏡既style，個menu都幾靚總括幾抵啦，離地鐵5分鐘左右，出面有電單車泊位，正！

意粉既軟硬度好適中，而家醬汁唔濃唔稀岩岩好
有時好怕遇到d汁好稀又或者一撻撻既意粉，而呢間就真係控制得好好好好！
意大利飯，我好怕d飯太軟又或者一pat野，但呢間飯粒有咬口，而家粒粒飯都有汁但又唔會太淋，簡直一流！
