To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 那天放假聽說朋友說柯士甸道有一間好好食的拉麵店,於是和朋友一齊去嘗試。當天人不多等了十多分鐘就有位了。我們叫了一個招牌熊拉麵,黑熊拉麵和熊自家製餃子。拉麵方面,湯底味道不錯、麵質有咬口,麵的煙韌度十足,各樣拉麵配料也有個別味道,食得出食材有獨立處理,凍水供應也足夠,唯獨不足是感覺叉燒比較韌和味道淡,也比較薄一點,對於喜愛叉燒的我較不滿足,個人認為慢煮應該比較肉嫩多汁才對。另外餃子外皮十分香口,即叫即煎,手門也不錯,餡肉也多汁,味道又不錯(不是濃味食完會口渴那些肉),總體來說也是滿意的!
