To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 星期六想食燒肉，知道牛角要等好耐，去左又一城慢慢等，1點15分左右拎票，等40張枱左右，2點零左右入得。叫左2個set，一牛set一雞豬set。牛角豚雞六盛合-$139(4/5)辣汁，豚雞set好推薦叫辣汁，好好味同辣汁好夾。有豚肉，雞翼，豬頸肉，熊本豚梅肉，雞腿肉同雞爽肉。其本上隻隻都唔錯，豬頸肉仲爽口彈牙。特選牛五品燒肉盛合-$159（4/5）牛味本身已經好濃所以牛就選左燒肉汁，都唔錯。牛舌，牛胸腩，厚燒牛舌，肩脊肉同牛肋肉。厚燒牛舌好好食！啖啖肉得黎好彈牙同爽口，肩脊肉都好重牛香味。下次我都會再叫！佢每個set仲包一杯野飲(凍飲+2蚊然後走飲管又減反2蚊)仲有一碗無味既菜，一碗好難飲既昆布湯，一碗飯/烏冬，一個小食。其實幾抵。我地叫左一個牛角飯同一個香葱溫泉玉子飯，有蛋有紫菜個飯真係無得輸。小食叫左一個牛油本菇同一個牛油帶子，本菇落反小小調味會好d，帶子比較細粒，不過牛油煮都香底既。最後，也是重點，燒雞泡魚干!!!!!跟餐+$39（5/5）你無睇錯係滿分。39蚊真係好抵！以前係日本居酒屋食人地煮好果d都近$100港幣。39蚊自己燒，燒到兩邊金黃色就食得。第一啖其實個味唔算好出，慢
