To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. -其實連續病了幾星期 胃口不佳女朋友提意食燒肉 也好吧 反正牛角一直是我的lunch之選老實講 從來都覺得dinner時間黎食唔太值得反而lunch性價比會高好多-好不幸地 餐飯未開始 竟然開始了小吵架事源就係牛角餐廳原來做緊個promotion 只要你like左佢facebook既5週年post 就送一杯可樂或者Asahi可樂原價$16 而asahi就$32 咁我地就慳左五十幾蚊 嘻嘻至於點解鬧交 離題呀 講返燒肉 -我地叫左既野食有香蒜牛油一口牛 $59同埋左上角唔記得影相既大蝦溫泉蛋沙律 $69唔知係咪我今日無胃口既源故 個大蝦沙律我覺得太濃味 本身已經係比較濃既芝麻醬再加埋溫泉蛋 我食左一碗仔 其他就比女朋友搞掂左lu而香蒜一口牛一向係我至愛不過今日佢比既牛比較肥 加埋d牛油黎燒 香口就真係好香口 但係有d漏蛋黃醬大蝦 $59 (?)其實呢個都係我經常會叫既野食之一蛋黃醬燒到乾身 配上新鮮蝦味道好夾燒牛肋骨 (黑椒鹽) $49 4件 $62 6件我地叫既係6件 寫食評既時候先發現原來全部比女朋友食哂根據當時人口供 佢話油脂分佈平均 不過薄身左少少厚切牛舌 4件 $49牛舌永遠都

係因為會有大部分既牛舌芯
即係最好味個部分

不過今次佢比既部分唔係好靚 所以中規中矩啦
