To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週日與家人到數碼港艾美酒店飲茶,「南坊」作為酒店餐廳之一,用餐環境整潔舒適。店內的鳥籠吊飾,充滿中式風格。午市除了一般小菜套餐外,餐廳亦有點心供應,只是款式不多,定價由 $58 起。點心以這個價位定價,當然會予人期望。整體而言,各點心的賣相普遍像樣對辦,但食味上未算十分突出,份量「小巧」。在云云點心之中,小編推介「腿茸蘿蔔絲酥餅」、「焗蘋果叉燒酥」及「百花釀蘿蔔糕」。「腿茸蘿蔔絲酥餅」外層酥化,中心甜軟帶微爽。「焗蘋果叉燒酥」的食感與「腿茸蘿蔔絲酥餅」有點相像,只是甜蘿蔔換成鹹叉燒。蘋果向來是豚肉的好朋友,引入製作叉燒酥也有不俗的效果。「百花釀蘿蔔糕」上下夾層明顯,蝦膠為蘿蔔糕帶來少有的彈牙口感。「奶皇煎堆仔」水準合預期,芝麻外皮香口,但奶皇餡不足影響享受。個別「咸蛋黃蝦餃」餃皮在出菜時已破開,要扣分。吃蝦餃最重要講求用料新鮮,以咸蛋製作蝦餃,少不免影響了蝦肉鮮味的發揮,小編對此做法有保留。其他點心:主食「杜小月櫻花蝦炒飯」出品乾爽惹味,不俗。「銀牙肉絲炒麵」則平實無奇。整體而言,「南坊」的用餐環境令人滿意,食品對辦。計及價錢則覺得性價比不高,謹叫有所交待。
