係香港有得食omakase 既地方不多,一般起跳都要$1500人頭,今次呢個有十二道菜既omakase都只係$880,當然講質數同環境都仲有進步既空間.. 一坐低當然係食開胃既前菜,左面既係鮟鱇魚肝配左蘿蔔蓉係上面,蘿蔔蓉可以中和左無甘'溜',感覺好似鵝肝不過口感厚實d同帶有少少魚鯹味,可能怕鯹既食唔慣,右面既係白魚,師博話係季節性既魚唔係成日有,多數係春天先會有,食落好似魷魚bb不過爽口d..睇得出每一道既陳設帥博都好用心甘擺,呢幾款剌身我都唔記得個名,口感似油金魚好香好新鮮,一d雪味都無,配埋側邊既酸汁好清新..講到剌身當然少不了有呢三款分別係:吞拿魚,中吞拿魚腩同大吞拿魚腩三食,最回味既係大拖羅,入口即溶仲要無根.. 壽司黎講最好味既我覺得係右上既無記錯應該係金目鯛,油份幾重同好滑,左下既鯖魚就有d鯹,個人唔係咁中意~順帶一提,我好欣賞師傅同店員都會觀察我地進食既快慢黎上菜!食物既溫度岩岩好,好細心!到戲肉喇~ 其實已經食到好飽,但見到海膽就好難抗拒,呢個海膽杯份量海膽同飯既比例岩岩好,海膽帶有少少海水味好新鮮,一d苦澀味都無但就味道偏濃,可以配埋紫菜包埋黎食,淨係計呢個海膽杯都
