To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間間中都會同朋友黎食，因為正宗又抵食，裝修又有心思今次試左個高佬麵配雞扒（$72），高佬麵係撈麵配甜豉油、生雞蛋同特製辣醬咁，撈完好入味甜甜地但又唔會太鹹，仲有花生同炒魚仔，口感豐富雞扒都煎得幾好，多汁又滑，一啲都唔韌另外叫左怡保手撕雞湯河粉（$64），個湯係清雞湯再帶淡淡蒜香，清淡得黎又唔會太寡！除左雞絲，仲有蝦、魚片、韭菜、芽菜咁，好豐富飲品就試左龍眼冬瓜茶($29)，清新又唔會太甜依間真係好好食！
