To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日喺社交平台度,見到Foodie推介呢間小店。今日放假去長洲就打算一試,去到就嗌咗脆脆平安包,串串金蠔,同埋冰鎮冰鎮黃金咖喱魷魚。脆脆平安包(HKD28):我哋揀咗芝麻味脆脆平安包。口感上唔錯,但係平安包嘅口味應該係蓮蓉味,而唔係餐牌上所講嘅芝麻味。串串金蠔(HKD68):呢個幾好味!!!冰鎮黃金咖喱魷魚(HKD42):純粹係將咖喱魷魚雪凍咗,份量偏少,索滿咖喱汁嘅凍白蘿蔔有啲奇怪。整體嚟講感覺性價比唔高,有啲失望。試一次就夠。
