To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和友人慶祝生日,相約在新世紀千両。我們的座位在最入的一間房,全程叫天不應、叫地不聞,常常要主動叫才可加茶,人手明顯不足。魚生頗新鮮,特大帶子、𧐢、蝦都新鮮,但不是靚貨色,一板的海膽每件海膽很細,幾經辛苦才清了一板。所以是次拍照意欲不大。香草海鮮沙律$176,菜夠新鮮爽脆,但旁邊的海鮮都是「下欄」貨色,又少又細粒。牛油清酒煮蜆$64,蜆細、冇酒味,over cook,不及格。汁煮三文魚鮫$68,嫩滑入味,純粹個人喜好。吉列廣島𧐢$65,一看便知粉太厚,又一失分菜式。甜品綠茶雪糕以糯來皮包著,味道ok. 但香滑南瓜雪芭要$78,味道可以,但以同樣價錢,我會選擇吃西式甜品。原來這兒切餅費是按人頭計,較市面便宜啊!
