呢排成日見到呢間店,又約埋朋友黎試下先。餐廳大概有10個bar檯位,另有3張2人order檯。公眾假期前夕嘅晚市,都要等下位,雖然無得book位不過好似有得用apps 拎位。見人介紹過 $380起跳嘅omakase,不過第一次食就試下set先啦。我地嗌咗特上壽司拼盤同壽司拼盤。兩個拼盤都係有十件,特上就有多啲貴價魚,可能我比較大食,食完十件都仲未飽。壽拼盤有油甘魚、三文魚、甜蝦、真鯛、帆立貝、三文魚籽、池魚、吞拿魚腩、北寄貝、辣味三文魚。而特上壽司拼盤有吞拿魚腩、深海池魚、牡丹蝦、赤貝、海膽、三文魚籽、火灸左口魚邊、鯖魚、魴鮄、蔥吞拿魚腩。其實所有魚都新鮮好味,厚薄適中。印象比較深嘅係火炙左口魚邊壽司,夠厚身又有油香。吞拿魚腩就好肥美,魚油分佈均勻,入口即溶。總括黎講,呢個價錢係呢個地段食到呢個質素係相當唔錯。下次有機會會試埋Omakase。

壽拼盤有油甘魚、三文魚、甜蝦、真鯛、帆立貝、三文魚籽、池魚、吞拿魚腩、北寄貝、辣味三文魚。

而特上壽司拼盤有吞拿魚腩、深海池魚、牡丹蝦、赤貝、海膽、三文魚籽、火灸左口魚邊、鯖魚、魴鮄、蔥吞拿魚腩。

其實所有魚都新鮮好味,厚薄適中。印象比較深嘅係火炙左口魚邊壽司,夠厚身又有油香。吞拿魚腩就好肥美,魚油分佈均勻,入口即溶。

總括黎講,呢個價錢係呢個地段食到呢個質素係相當唔錯。下次有機會會試埋Omakase。
