今日過開嚟廟街搵師傅指點迷津,佢指定之前就想搵了醫下肚先,見對面岸新開左間牛極,見咁耐冇食過就入去試吓啦。呢間新開嘅環境幾企理,感覺上好似闊落啲,照舊都係白飯沙律靚湯任裝。另外佢哋仲好貼心咁掛晒啲圍裙喺度,俾你有需要就自己攞。我就嗌咗個牛柳,我覺得三隻醬料入面,最好食係佢隻辣椒醬,佢個辣椒醬少少鹹鹹地又唔會真係好辣,同啲牛都好夾味。啲肉都好腍,一啲筋都冇,啖啖肉咁,最鍾意喺呢度食係幾多成熟自己控制。但係其實牛嘅嘢唔使太熟,所以切開嚟煎兩面就已經可以食得。另外仲有就試咗佢個牛肩肉,呢個肉仲加好食,除咗好腍之外,佢本身好似調咗未咁,咩都唔使點已經食到佢唔香牛味同埋肉嘅鮮味。切開中間仲見到佢啲雪花紋添。不過因為我太興奮太肚餓,所以手都震埋。最重要係咁高質嘅牛扒,價錢十分相宜。

我就嗌咗個牛柳,我覺得三隻醬料入面,最好食係佢隻辣椒醬,佢個辣椒醬少少鹹鹹地又唔會真係好辣,同啲牛都好夾味。
