To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大班樓由於拎左Asia no.1 真係訂咗超級耐,來到我都就嚟唔記得嘅時候忽然間通知有得食好期待!20年咸檸檬蒸聖子。開頭諗住蒸聖子度度都有得食應該冇乜特別,點知超級驚喜,係我食過蒸得最亂嫩聖子,啱啱好熟有趣新,鹹檸檬好特別超級香。煙燻乳鴿都係好嫩好香,但唔係脆皮做法,呢個我一般。幾得意嘅自家製鹹魚臭豆腐,臭得來有啲梅香叉燒又係好嫩,入口即溶,但略嫌太肥煙熏味太重。花雕雞油花蟹蒸陳村粉。呢個係其中一個招牌,朋友介紹必點。花蟹大隻飽滿結實新鮮,濃濃嘅花雕味配上陳村粉啱啱好。呢個煲仔飯最得意係加咗紫薯同番薯,甜甜糯糯呢個生拆蟹肉糯米飯超級推介足料香到不得了整體食物水準好高,老夥計細心服務態度好好出名餐廳來講一啲都唔算貴,食物出色,性價比咁高,唔怪得知晚晚爆滿。
