晚上我來到銅鑼灣的四寶食堂吃晚餐。 ☺檯面長這樣。 板燒美國頂級封門牛柳(五成熟)牛柳肉質鮮美,搭配的炒什菌香氣撲鼻,與牛柳的味道相得益彰。香烤蘭花苔的清脆口感,增添了層次感。😁熱奶茶奶香四溢,茶味濃郁。 ☺雪山紅豆冰紅豆份量好多!! ☺紐西蘭西冷牛扒(七成熟)牛扒肉質鮮美,咬下去的瞬間,肉汁四溢。搭配的香烤蘭花苔,色澤翠綠,口感清脆 ☺奶醬多餐廳給超多煉乳跟花生醬,超邪惡,但我喜歡!!😍黑蒜麻油撈公仔麵鳳梨百香果冷高山烏龍烏龍茶的香氣與鳳梨和百香果的果香完美結合!! 炸雞翼薯條炸雞翼外皮酥脆,裡面雞肉則鮮嫩多汁,搭配的沙律有效地平衡炸雞翼的油膩感。 ☺薯條則是金黃酥脆,外層香脆,內裡鬆軟。
