To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到太子這間紅橋餐廳，的確是以茶餐廳的價錢可以食到高質的西餐，性價比很高👍👍❇️西湯蜆肉忌廉湯的奶香濃郁，入口滑順,裏面的蘑菇和蜆肉也很多❇️紐西蘭肉眼扒沙律菜肉扒很大件，經過恰到好處的煎烤，外層焦香酥脆，內裡卻保持鮮嫩，每一口都能感受到肉汁在口中爆發，很有滿足感。😋😋😋❇️香煎帶子.蟹肉南瓜忌 汁燴蔥大利飯飯上面充滿蟹肉，蟹肉的鮮味與南瓜忌廉汁完美融合。香煎帶子外層微焦，內裡鮮嫩多汁，帶有海洋的鮮甜風味，帶子的嫩滑、蟹肉的細膩、米飯的彈牙與南瓜汁的濃郁，口感非常豐富。❇️經典紅豆冰紅豆煮得軟爛綿密，入口即化，帶有自然的甜香，口感極佳❇️柚子梳打帶有天然的柚子清香，入口清爽
