To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

性價比極高既自助餐

今次係我第一次寫食評，平時都係做CD-ROM就算。但今次實在喜出望外。母親節正日竟有優惠一口價既價錢，仲平過65折。原本只係想有個地方慶祝下就算，對咁平既dinner buffet無期望可言。但估唔到依然有生蠔，長腳蟹，鵝肝，片皮鴨等等既食物，仲有其他選擇都唔少，質素都唔差，食到我地都唔記得影相。絕對物超所值。不過服務質素一般，因為唔夠人手，執唔切d碗碟，出面給客人拎既杯碟都refill唔切。不過都可接受。
